As the Purolite Global Bioprocessing Finance Manager you will provide direct support to the Global Purolite Bioprocessing business in financial management and commercial finance. You will focus on analyzing business performance, providing insights to key business partners (Global Bioprocessing GM & SVP and Global Bioprocessing Sales VP), driving profitable sales growth, and financial decision support for commercial agreements.As the Global Bioprocessing Finance Manager, you will report to the Global Purolite Finance Director and have significant exposure and growth opportunities working with a management team committed to development.What You Will Do
Provide all aspects of financial analysis, reporting and support for the Global Bioprocessing business.
Partner with sales leadership and other functions to provide financial support in the areas of deal analysis and contract negotiation, pro forma P&Ls, profit management, pricing strategy and execution, contract management, and rebate analysis
Partner with the Sales, FP&A, Marketing and RD&E teams to lead financial support in the areas of new product pricing and margin analysis, market/project P&L's, product portfolio strategy, profit improvement and other strategic business initiatives impacting the business. Actively engage in phase gate reviews and lead the financial sections and discussions.
Establish, communicate, and enforce commercial finance policies in alignment with strategic commercial goals and Ecolab policy
Work with division Legal/Finance teams and resources to support the financial structure of contracts across multiple sites, divisions, and solutions
Support Quarterly and Annual Business Reviews with Sales & Marketing leaders to aggregate and analyze revenue, opportunities/pipeline, and sales and customer insights to ensure effective Executive presentations
Support the CRM team on enhancement of CRM tools and processes for the sales team including for quotes and pipelines
Lead Bioprocessing business processes to develop financial forecasts and annual budgets with high quality and accuracy.
Ad hoc analysis as requested by manager and business partnersBase Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or similar degree
7 years total experience with relevant experience in Commercial Finance and/or FP&A in a Global organization
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to organize and synthesize large amounts of data into meaningful analysis.
Good business acumen and business understanding behind the financial numbers.
Strong communication skills to communicate complex financial and performance information with a variety of audiences.
Track record of leading and developing people and managing through ambiguity and change.
Ability to multitask, independently managing multiple projects and day to day business demands

Work in King of Prussia, PA office; we will provide relocation for the ideal candidate.
