Location: 715 Fountain Avenue, Lancaster, PA 17601Ecore is looking for a Strategic Sourcing Manager to join our Sourcing Team. This individual will s upport Ecore's business strategy by developing and managing a supply base that can provide us with the best value, highest quality, and lowest total cost supply chain solution to secure a sustainable competitiveness advantage and support the recognition of Ecore as quality and technology leader.Core Contributions:

Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, supplier capabilities, and market dynamics to drive informed decision-making and maintain competitive advantage.

Lead the nomination process of new suppliers and their respective contract agreements according to the established process.

Ensure the necessary input and support to the regional and global Supply Chain organizations in the operational requirements of the affected plants and on the sourcing activities locally driven.

Support the areas of Material Planning and Supplier Quality on issues related to supplier performance.

Participate actively as required in the Supply Chain activities of the Group, preparation of the Ecore Regional and Global Strategic Plan and annual budgets.

Ensure that the necessary commodity sourcing activities and processes required by the different projects in development are launched and completed on time.

Foster and lead as required the initiatives related to the improvement of the cost and supply conditions (lead time, quality, on time delivery, payment terms and others) of the Materials, Components, Investments and Services used in order to meet the company's yearly and long-term objectives.

Lead in conjunction with the key stake holders the supply base strategy for the key Commodities in the region, establishing and approving the necessary strategic procurement agreements or partnership collaborations with suppliers following the established company rules.

Foster the innovation initiatives of products and processes with the supply base in collaboration with the Engineering and Innovation community in ECORE.

Ensure the alignment of the regional supply base development with the company's goals and strategic actions.

Implement and execute the Procedures, Operative Instructions and Reporting Systems, so that the assigned functions can be correctly executed, results and information correctly consolidated, decisions adequately taken and intercompany communication facilitated.

Represent Ecore regionally or globally as needed on matters related to Supply Chain.

Helps coach and mentor sourcing associates and gives the necessary feedback for evaluation of other non-direct reports within the Supply Chain community.Essential Experiences:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, supply chain management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred

5 years of experience in supplier development, quality engineering, or supply chain management roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment

Proven experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in a large and fast-paced organization

Strong negotiation skills with a track record of achieving cost savings and driving value through supplier relationships

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations

Solid understanding of sourcing and procurement best practices, contract management, and supplier risk assessment

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization

Collaborative working style and thrives in a cross-functional team environment

Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a team

Proven decision making and proble -solving skills with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines

Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities

Proficiency in managing and facilitating teams through problem solving and conflict resolutions

Strong bias for action, and effective change agent

Effective verbal/written communication and presentation skills

Advanced experience in Supplier Development and Quality Processes

Experience building and implementing processes to support rapid business growth in a mid-sized company
