Pre-Employment Requirements
o Pass a non-DOT drug test
o Complete a background check.
General Job Duties
o Operate the production line and equipment
Start and stop the production machines as necessary
Perform In-Process inspection of finished product to ensure quality
o Package finished product
Operate 50 Lb Bagger
Operate Supersac Bagger
o Warehouse finished product
Operate a forklift and skid loader to move finished product as necessary
Unload freight trucks with incoming shipments
Load outgoing freight trucks with finished products
o Equipment Maintenance
Perform light-duty maintenance on production equipment as needed
Grease bearings, replace small motors, repair broken chains, etc…
Note: All of these items are not completed at the same time, and are not all-inclusive. We are a smaller company and the position requires individuals who are able to be independent and skilled in several areas. We train everyone on how our equipment works, certify you as an operator on our forklifts and skid loaders and do our best to ensure your continued success during your employment with us.
