We are seeking office staff for a busy commercial electrical company. Candidates must have Microsoft outlook, word, and excel experience.
Responsibilities Include:
Answer and respond to incoming calls as well as emails from clients
Help prepare tech routes and work orders for the following day
Manage and maintain work orders in client portals
Schedule work orders
Handle incoming documentation as well as other office-related tasks, including data-entry and typing
Sort, organize, and prepare documents
Willing to train
Full time and Part time positions available
