Responsibilities:
Responsible for inside sales for both contractor and walkup customers
Assist customers and contractors as they call in to place an order or ask questions
Provide quotes for a build when needed
Special order purchasing
Source the item(s)
Confirmation of orders and delivery address
Work with Logistics Manager to schedule delivery
Assist customers with hardware floor sales
Assist the Logistics Manager with delivery scheduling when needed
Assist with Stock ordering when needed
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to multitask, shifting priorities as needed
Knowledge of the building trade
Excellent organizational skills
Proficient use of inventory management systems
Experience:
Inside Sales experience a must
