I have list several projects that we need to get done to our home. Our goal is to get these projects done quickly, smoothly, and efficiently by December this year.

We need someone to do:
Paintings of 2 small-medium side Accent bedrooms walls.
We need someone to do:
Wainscoting for couple of walls
We need someone to do:
Crown moldings (ceilings, or walls)
We need someone to do:
Demolishing of a wall to create more open space. And create a new wall to get more room for the basement bedroom.
- 10x12x8 basement room.
- Patch and repair sheetrock
- Tape and float until level and smooth
- Apply a matching texture.
- Apply paint of our choice.
- Clean up job site.
-For that same basement space, we need a full bathroom added. The bathroom will consist of a shower stall, toilet, AIR VENT, and 1 sink vanity. The roughings for the plumbing are in place.
-Addiction of a small kitchenette.
-Upon completion of the basement, drywall installed, we would need to it painted.
We need someone to do:
installation of 1 front, and indoor doors, and/or Barn Doors removal and installation.
We are also seeking someone who experiences with LVP FLOORING installation. Sanding down and staining of staircase, and handrail would be required. Flooring for the entire main floor, stairs, and 1 handrail would need to be stained to fit the color of the flooring that would be installed.
We would need help in picking up the materials at Lowe’s, or Home Depot. We will cover the materials costs.

Demolición de una pared para crear más espacio abierto. Y crear una nueva pared para obtener más espacio para el dormitorio del sótano.
- Habitación de sótano de 10x12x8.
- Parchear y reparar el panel de yeso.
- Cinta y flotación hasta nivelar y suavizar.
- Aplicar una textura que coincida.
- Aplicar pintura de nuestra elección.
- Limpiar el lugar de trabajo.
- Para ese mismo espacio del sótano, necesitamos agregar un baño completo. El baño consistirá en una ducha, inodoro, VENTILADOR DE AIRE y un lavabo. Las instalaciones de plomería están en su lugar.
-Adición de una pequeña cocina.
-Al finalizar el sótano, con el panel de yeso instalado, necesitaríamos pintarlo.
Necesitamos a alguien para hacer:
Instalación de 1 puerta frontal y de interior, y/o remoción e instalación de puertas tipo granero.
También estamos buscando a alguien con experiencia en la instalación de pisos LVP. Se requerirá lijar y teñir la escalera y el pasamanos. El piso de toda la planta principal, escaleras y 1 pasamanos necesitará ser teñido para que coincida con el color del piso que se instalará.
Necesitaríamos ayuda para recoger los materiales en Lowe’s o Home Depot. Cubriremos los costos de los materiales.
