Experienced Concrete Workers Job Location: Gap, PA NOTE: This job is located in Gap, Pennsylvania. Access to reliable transportation is mandatory.
MGR Workforce is hiring Precast Concrete Workers for a full-time opportunity in Gap, Pennsylvania. This is steady, year-round construction work with competitive pay, consistent hours, and overtime available.

Job Duties (but not limited to):
· Work with precast concrete forms, molds, and rebar installations
· Safely strip and clean forms using hand tools and overhead cranes
· Read and interpret blueprints or shop drawings to ensure accuracy
· Mix, pour, level, and finish concrete to meet quality standards
· Install reinforcing wire, anchors, and hardware for structural concrete
· Perform quality checks on finished precast panels, slabs, and components
· Assist with solar inverter skid fabrication as per QC specifications
· Maintain a clean, safe, and organized construction work area
· Handle and move materials, tools, and lifting equipment as directed
· Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements (hard hat, steel toes, gloves)
· Perform additional general labor and construction tasks as assigned
Requirements:
· Experience in precast or concrete construction is an asset
· Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
· Able to lift/push/pull 35–50 lbs for extended periods
· Comfortable working outdoors and indoors in various weather conditions
· Available Monday–Friday with overtime and some Saturdays
· Must bring personal PPE (construction hard hat, hi-vis vest, steel-toe boots, gloves and safety glasses)
· Reliable transportation and attendance are essential
