Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Data Analyst in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania. You will be part of a team that focuses on the application of Database, Data Mining Techniques, Data Visualization, and other relevant skills to optimize our operations. Responsibilities: Analyze supply chain trends and manage customer level allocations while liaising with internal and external stakeholders. Utilize data mining techniques and Informatica tools for data analytics and business intelligence. Handle the set-up and removal of carriers, products, and terminals for customers as their business needs change. Create dashboards to visualize data and track performance metrics. Maintain Excel-based tracking tools for the Supply Optimization group and other internal customers. Use AB Testing methods to optimize data-driven decisions. Ensure the accurate processing of customer credit applications. Maintain accurate customer credit records and handle customer inquiries. Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions based on analysis results. Support the development of business requirement documents based on data analysis results. Requirements Proficiency in Database management and Data Mining Techniques. Capacity to effectively utilize Data Visualization tools. Familiarity with EO/IR systems. Experience with Informatica is essential. Strong Analytics skills to interpret complex data. Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) tools and strategies. Ability to create Business Requirement Document. Proficiency in creating Dashboards for data representation. Must be able to work in a team and communicate effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Comfortable working within strict deadlines and under pressure.
