As a Fiscal Assistant, you will be responsible for keeping demographic, beneficiary, and residence data current for each client in the billing and accounting systems used by the office. You will also prepare and send bills, handle funds in the form of receipts, prepare reports and deposits, and enter and retrieve data.Interested in learning more? Full-time employment

Work hours are 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch.

Telework: You will have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time up to (1) day per week after completion of probationary period. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed Internet connection. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Norristown.

Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITYQUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

Two years of experience performing bookkeeping or clerical accounting work; orAn associate degree in accounting or business administration including or supplemented by six credits in accounting; or

Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
