We work directly with business owners to help them be better organized, become more profitable, improve cash flow, and save taxes. We give our clients a structured package of services including monthly accounting, tax planning and preparation, payroll services, bookkeeping and most importantly – ongoing advice and consultation. RESPONSIBILITIES:
As an Accounting and Tax Manager with our firm, your main responsibility will be to provide outstanding personal service to a section of our business clients, as well as individual tax clients. We interact with clients frequently and our systems keep workflow running smoothly throughout the year. You will supervise and review monthly accounting processes, prepare and review tax returns (S-Corp, C-Corp, Partnerships, LLC’s and 1040’s) and help clients with ongoing tax and business planning. As a primary contact person, you will provide exceptional personal service to clients in our long-lasting working relationships. Your upbeat and friendly personality will make a great addition to our team. We need you on our team as we continue to grow. You will have a seat with our firm management as we continue to grow together.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a CPA firm working with clients
CPA, CPA candidate, or Enrolled Agent required
Upbeat, confident and friendly personality
Passionate about people, small businesses and their success
Experience with tax return prep for businesses and individuals
General knowledge of payroll and payroll tax filings is required
Have common sense and know how to use it
Computer savvy, embrace technology and willingness to learn new software (we use Accounting CS, Ultra Tax, File Cabinet CS, Practice CS, QuickBooks and other Microsoft Office products)
A desire to learn and grow your professional skills
