Bookkeeper – Part-Time
Approximately 30 hours per week in person.
Responsibilities:
Count weekly collection, prepare summary for management in Excel, make bank deposit, and record in QuickBooks.
Maintain accounts payable, cut checks weekly in QuickBooks, and file paid invoices.
Assist with biweekly payroll.
Prepare bank reconciliations in QuickBooks.
General ledger review and maintenance.
Miscellaneous tasks as they occur.
Qualifications:
Bookkeeping experience
Basic QuickBooks knowledge.
Basic Excel and Microsoft Word experience.
Good attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to work with others.
Compensation:
Hourly rate based on experience.
Work Environment:
Small office at a Catholic Parish.
Relaxed work setting.
