Hello Craigslist my name is Tim and I'm looking for a driver dispatcher/ Logistics Manager for my company. I have 12 tractor trailers and I'm looking to expand in the near future and I've just hit a point where I need need some additional help so it can free me up so I can spend time expanding in other areas of the company. I'm really looking for someone with a background in transportation and someone who has the patience to deal with drivers and all their day to day needs over the road. The applicant must also speak fluent English and must not be shy to haggle and negotiate hard on the phone with brokers day to day trying to get the best rate possible. Everything else I can teach. This is not a work from home position. I'm trying to build a team I know most dispatchers work from home but that's not what I'm looking for. This is not a driving position.
