Responsibilities
In this remote position, your tasks will include:
-Organizing and managing implementations, serving as a primary point of contact for stakeholders.
-Analyzing and interpreting clients’ challenges and objectives, consistently advocating for their best interests.
-Communicating effectively between clients and the project team, ensuring a clear understanding of needs and expectations.
-Building client relationships and driving client retention by showcasing relevant new features, anticipating future requirements, and maintaining regular communication.
-Assisting in QA testing to ensure the highest quality and helping clients shine.
-Maintaining meticulous account records to guarantee data accuracy.
-Cultivating strong client relationships to support marketing in highlighting success stories.
-Acting as a liaison between clients and development, sales, and marketing teams.
-Participating in various strategic projects, including system improvements, retention campaigns, and collaborative efforts with Marketing.
