Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Doylestown, PA 18901 (In-office Position) - Easily Accessible via SEPTA's Doylestown Stop

Job Type: Full-time, Monday through Friday

Position Summary: As a Customer Service Representative at Logicstics, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of service. Your role will include answering inquiries, and providing information about our international moving services, helping our clients to book a smooth and stress-free relocation.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Communication: Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate and timely information about Logicstics' services.

Information Sharing: Assist clients by providing detailed information about our processes, timelines, and any documentation required for their moves.

Data Management: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, logistics, and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experiences from start to finish.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or related fields.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first attitude.

Problem-solving abilities and a capacity to work under pressure.

Organizational skills and attention to detail.

Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.

Basic understanding of the international moving or logistics industry is beneficial but not required.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous customer service experience required.
