We are a private pediatric therapy company dedicated to providing high-quality services to children with special needs. Our clinic offers a structured, compassionate, and engaging environment where children can thrive academically and developmentally. We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our interdisciplinary team of professionals, including Occupational Therapists (OTs), Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), and educators.
Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available
Full-Time Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4 pm
Part-Time Hours: Mondays and Fridays, 8:30 am to 3:30 pm
Key Responsibilities
Provide speech and language therapy services to children and teenagers in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to target speech, language, and communication goals.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including OTs, BCBAs, and educators, to support client progress.
Maintain accurate records, including progress notes, session summaries, and data collection.
Communicate effectively and professionally with families, caregivers, and other team members.
Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development opportunities.
Stay current with best practices and advancements in speech-language pathology.
Requirements
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Pennsylvania.
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but CFY candidates are welcome to apply.
Experience working with children with developmental disabilities (preferred).
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of technology (PC, Mac, iPad, or other tablets). Training provided.
Must pass PA state and FBI background checks, as well as PA child abuse clearance.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, move, and engage with children for extended periods.
Capability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Frequent movement between sitting, standing, and kneeling positions.
Clear vision and hand-eye coordination to observe children and maintain safety.
Compensation
Pay: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
Compensation varies based on position type (full-time or part-time), educational background, and hands-on experience in pediatric speech therapy.
