The position is responsible for coordinating complex admissions and enrollment processes in the College of Medicine in both the Philadelphia and Reading Campuses.
Essential Functions
Triaging Issues: Independently handle and prioritize issues and concerns from applicants, faculty, and professional staff.
Coordinating Processes: Manage and coordinate complex admissions and enrollment processes to ensure smooth operations.
Direct Support: Provide support to the Associate Dean, Senior Director of Admissions, Committee on Admissions, and two Enrollment Counselors.
Maintain a smoothly run, efficient admissions process, communicating with applicants, faculty, and staff in a professional and knowledgeable manner, and organizing events and weekly meetings
Other duties as Assigned.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of High School Diploma.
Minimum of 2 years of experience.
Interact with discretion and confidentiality.
Experience is a fast-paced, student-centered environment is required.
Flexible, adaptable, able to delegate and prioritize tasks.
Willing to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Standard computer skills and ability to learn new programs and software.
Knowledgeable of Windows products.
Ability to communicate with faculty and staff.
Excellent grammar, spelling, punctuation, editing skills.
Professional and responsible.
Excellent communication skills.
Physical Requirements
Typically sitting at a desk/table.
Typically standing, walking.

Additional Information
This is a Full time Temporary position classified as Non-Exempt. The offered pay is based on the successful candidate's qualifications and experience, department budget, and an internal equity review.
