As a Program Management professional, you will help clients set-up, manage, and operate their most complex projects, define functional requirements for technology solutions, and design and derive transformative approaches for technology systems working with a world-class team of technology professionals from Deloitte Consulting.Work You'll Do As a Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will bring strong and in-depth functional and program management solutions to clients with a focus on achieving a high level of performance and quality and delivery of both agile and traditional projects that provide exceptional business value to users. Our projects are large and complex. You will have the technical foundation and knowledge to work with a core group of technology professionals.The Team As a member of our Program Management team, you will bring consulting, project management and/or business process expertise to our clients. You'll manage work threads across one or more engagement teams to create solutions to help our clients solve problems, expand market share, improve operations, and grow their business with specific experience around Agile transformation.Qualifications Required

1-2+ years' experience planning and managing project initiatives and/or business process initiatives in a Program Management Office or similar team environment;

1-2+ years' experience working on teams with the responsibility for requirements definition, requirements management and requirements validation, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures;

1-2+ years' experience working directly with IT teams (onshore, offshore or nearshore) with the responsibility for the design and definition of technology solutions;

Demonstrated knowledge and experience with project management, requirements management and system design tools; experience working in an Agile environment and experience working with third-party vendors;

Ability to travel up to 50%, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve;

Experience with industry standard System Development Lifecycle methodologies;

Experience using tools such as MS Project, SharePoint, Jira, Rally, Confluence, etc. for tracking;

Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience;

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred

Industry recognized technology certifications - AWS, CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe, etc.;

1+ years' EPMO (Enterprise Program Management Office) experience working with global clients;

Experience working with globally distributed technology teams which should include 1-2+ years of relevant consulting and/or industry experience managing and delivering systems;

Product Owner experience, which should include associated Product Owner certifications;

Experience or passion for leading testing of applications on Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, Force.com and/or Google Cloud Platform;

Master's degree in a related area.

Wages and Salary The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $97,875 to $163,125.You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, the individual, and organizational performance.
