This is a remote work opportunity organization.Responsibilities:

Implement strategies and programs to mitigate and minimize risks associated to security threats to the firm and the management of private and public sector intelligence resources; accountable for implementing threat management services and operations with standardized playbooks aligned to industry best practices and maturity; facilitate practices in place from onboarding to offboarding of all parties with trusted access to people, information, and assets

Work closely with Office of General Counsel, Talent & Culture, Ethics & Compliance and other firm groups on internal and external confidential inquiries and/or investigations of potential or actual personnel misconduct involving policy violations, inappropriate conduct and criminal activity; gather evidence, conduct interviews, review logical and physical media/documents and prepare investigative reports; confer with federal, state and local government officials on individual matters as necessary

Prepare technical intelligence products and other deliverables based on expert interpretation of analyzed threat analysis data; direct plans and carry out sensitive and complex threat analyst operations and projects; cultivate and maintain effective liaisons with governmental, law enforcement, intelligence sources, and other third-party sources to understand current threats and maintain ready access to relevant information; actively participate in industry and other sector relevant industry groups to maintain a strong collaborative network

Participate in and/or handle extremely sensitive or elevated risk threats in conjunction with other stakeholders as appropriate, as a member of the firm's multi-disciplinary workplace threat assessment team; operate in alignment to the firm's workplace threat assessment and insider security risk policies, standards, and playbooks that serve to govern and manage workplace threat and security issues

Lead incident response, security monitoring, and threat analysis as it pertains to workplace violence prevention and response, protective intelligence and counterintelligence programming, and insider threat programming aligned to all set forth firm specific, client driven, or regulatory obligations

Set goals and lead in strategic insider security risk initiatives within a crossover logical and physical analytic domain; foster and develop liaisons across other high-performing digital teams to advance the insider risk program

Qualifications:

Minimum ten years of recent investigatory experience in law enforcement, intelligence, public or private sector security organization with ability to expeditiously identify and analyze issues and providing legally sound recommendations

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred; Advanced degrees from an accredited college or university are desired

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with consistently high-quality work product in a fast-paced environment; demonstrated thought leadership and strategic thinking in sensitive and complex situations with logical and physical investigative components

Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and teamwork

Specialized training or certifications in international threat management, intelligence, digital investigations, and workplace threat assessment processes; leadership experience in developing, implementing, and managing security programs

Must be able to establish credibility as a business partner with all levels within a matrix organization and exhibit a high degree of influence; must be a strategic thinker capable of handling multiple, concurrent situations and investigations with excellent public speaking, presentation, and overall communication skills

Ability to pass a National Security Background Investigation to enable the issuance of a security clearance as applicable
