Business Analyst - Clinical Enablement Support - 240449DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:Position summary:

The Clinical Enablement and Support Business Analyst is responsible for assisting with the implementation of new programs and initiatives where Utilization Management or Case and Condition Management is a primary or impacted stakeholder, and with the day-to-day support and maintenance activities as required. This includes analysis of business/system processes and recommendation of potential solutions; assisting with the identification and preliminary development of business requirements; assisting with executing system configuration set-up; assisting with development and execution of user acceptance testing; development of and training on operating procedures, and execution of post-production check-out for the core clinical services applications and their key interfaces and integration points.The business analyst collaborates with departmental senior business analysts, business unit management and key personnel internal and external to Facilitated Health Networks on the development and enhancement of systems, processes, and ongoing support needed for these new programs and initiatives to ensure they meet the needs of Utilization Management, Case and Condition Management, various lines of business, specific accounts and other stakeholder areas.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Participates in complex projects assigned by management.

Assesses business/system needs, initiates preliminary business requirements, and assists with implementation of appropriate solutions.

Evaluates business processes by tracking, trending and analyzing work processes.

Investigates, researches and trouble-shoots issues, identifies root causes and recommends solutions to senior analyst and/or management

Performs daily production support activities as needed.

Assists with the preparation and execution of user acceptance test plans and scripts and performs results review of the same.

Develops operating procedures/manuals; updates as needed

May assist in training staff or works with trainers to assure new procedures are implemented with minimal work interruptions

Develops and maintain problem logs, which are associated with any automated processing systems. Coordinate the resolution of all problems reported with vendors and BTS as needed

Coordinate reporting needs and specifications with BTS.

Perform data validation and quality audits for automated systems as required.

Perform other related duties as assignedExperience with Cincom Authoring preferredREQUIRED SKILLS:

HybridIndependence has implemented a "Hybrid" model which consists of Associates working in the office 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday) and remotely 2 days a week (Monday & Friday). This role is designated as a role that fits into the "Hybrid" model.
