Business Process Automation Consultant

We are seeking a Business Process Automation Consultant to work with multiple stakeholders to identify needs, recommend automation improvements, assess gaps in current state processes, and recommend process optimization to meet project timelines.​ This individual will lead client-facing execution on-site at the client offices. This is an on-site, full-time position based in our Philadelphia office. The annual base salary is $90,000 - $120,000. Candidates will be paid within this range based on their work experience and skills. Candidates are also eligible for our full list of benefits linked here.Responsibilities:Serve as point of contact for discussion, interface, review, and documentation of “As-Is” current state business process for use cases in scope. This includes multiple client stakeholder groups, points of contact, review, approvals, and exchange of client first party enterprise data sets and platforms to deliver outcomes for client use cases.​Demonstrate leadership in collaboration across client teams in lead consultant role in use case execution as business process team lead. ​Analyze current state processes and business workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for automation efficiencies.​Identify and recommend business process actions and opportunities for automation and best practices.​Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across the client organization including data platform owners in marketing, product, advertising, technology, IT, operations, and management to ensure project execution success.​Provide for actionable recommendations for automation improvement of use case existing processes and workflows.​Document and create process maps, flowcharts, and required client reporting in support of changes to current state.​Maintain strong, effective working relationship with client stakeholders in providing advice, recommendations, and engagement.​Bring best practices for automation of business process and workflows in a complex, enterprise environment with scale and quality. ​Lead and conduct cross team workshops, as necessary, with client stakeholder teams in support of use case objectives and successful outcomes. Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and corporate data management with use case requirements for production​.Identify recommendations and actions for client intake submission, decision, communications, and workflow exchange of data in support of use cases and project execution.Execute and recommend business process automation actions to eliminate manual tasks and to reduce costs in delivery of higher quality.​Provide for weekly status reporting and client presentations using client preferred templates and tools.​
