Client Data, Analytics and Generative AI Manager

Deloitte's Clients & Markets is seeking a Client Data Analytics and Generative AI Manager with data science and digital transformation skills. This role will report to the Managing Director on the Digital team to support efforts to create, maintain, and operate scalable marketing, sales, and revenue operations systems, processes, and tools to enable Deloitte to run client analytics and continue to grow and capture market share. The primary responsibility of this position is business analysis, cross-functional collaboration and delivery of data and insights projects, AIML solutions, and process automation within Deloitte's business growth function.If you are you enthusiastic about data, emerging technologies and interested in joining a community of collaborative colleagues who respectfully and courageously seek to challenge the status quo, please read on. Help in building the future state Client Data organization within CMG and supporting the operating model to best sustain our ambition.

Work across teams to architect and drive the development of Generative AI solutions.

Build and prioritize a backlog of requirements for future machine learning enabled features across Deloitte's digital platforms.

Coordinate with privacy and compliance teams on proper handling of PII.

Help define and execute product vision and strategy for generative AI applications, ensuring alignment with the broader business goals.

Oversee the entire lifecycle of generative AI products from inception through development, launch, and iteration.

Drive the selection and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product success and areas for enhancement.

Engage with technical resource planning and level-of-effort estimation to support project scoping, pricing, and planning with project management.

Assist in developing prompt libraries for GenAI models.

Translate requests from non-technical stakeholders into operational steps and successful outcomes.

Ability to approach a technical solution to solved for challenges from a business perspective.

Collaborate to build and maintaining scalable API solutions.

Contribute to the successful roll out of operating models that drive qualitative and quantitative analytical research functions.

Demonstrate ability to think innovatively in leveraging AI for practical and scalable solutions.

Leverage strong analytical and critical thinking skills to overcome development and market challenges.

QualificationsRequired

Bachelor's Degree

8 plus years of experience related to technical data management & marketing solution experience and or designing solutions to address client requirements.

Experience in data science, Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLM) and or API

Ability to travel up to 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries that you serve.

Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred

Master's degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics, or similar

Understanding of public cloud offerings and how-to solution designs built around these technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, and similar)

Competency in Agile Digital Project Management
