Unit DescriptionAre you Ready to Soar your Career to New Heights?Sodexo Energy and Resource is seeking a Facilities Management Regional Operations Support Manager for an Oil and Gas client.Travel availability is a must, needs to reside in or around the Louisiana/Texas region .The Operations Support Manager will provide support to our facilities management accounts in Energy and Resource accounts.This role will be based out of the Gulf of Mexico region and will require travel and overnight stays primarily within the Louisiana/Texas region but could expand to any part of North America as needed.We are looking for candidates who have:Facilities management expertise and a working knowledge of all aspects of facilities management operations and strong customer and client relations skills.Key Responsibilities:
Direct daily operation of two or more core services at a site to ensure employees have appropriate tools, equipment, and resources to perform their jobs and meet operating requirements.
Supervise day-to-day work activities by delegating authority, assigning and prioritizing activities, and monitoring operating standards.
Assist in the development or implementation of new business service(s) and implement service program(s).
Establish a safe work environment for employees by providing safety-related training and ensuring compliance with Sodexo safety and injury prevention programs. Complies with all government regulations, standards, and procedures for the handling and storage of hazardous materials.
Establish operating standards, implement quality improvements, and communicate them to employees. Oversee payroll processing and hiring as required to support site/service operations.

Ensures Sodexo Operating Standards for Environmental Service are in place as required to consistently meet all company, client, and regulatory requirements.
