It is an entrepreneurial, fast growing team with high impact and significant exposure across the organization. Our Digital Media & Marketing department delivers an optimal, unified customer journey across search and display – in particular, delivering an innovative remarketing experience for customers and prospects.Core Responsibilities- Works closely with the Senior Director of Digital Media on strategy, campaign development and execution for search and display remarketing campaigns. Manages the audience strategy and customer journey.- Delivers overall campaign maintenance on a daily basis and will handle multiple tasks, including traffic for search remarketing to ensure efficiency and performance.- Supports the development of the media remarketing plan by running a multi-million dollar budget to ensure KPIs are achieved (acquisition, revenue, lifetime value, etc.).- Works with media vendors to advise on business goals and campaign objectives and to perform campaign analysis, optimization and reporting.- Comfort with independently leading special cross-channel projects with high visibility and exposure with minimal project definition.- Drives acquisition through online display media and search remarketing in order to increase sales.- Focuses on driving down cost per acquisition, growing orders & revenue, and share results with outside teams.- Strong understanding of digital media landscape and direct marketing.- Collaborates with ecommerce, product marketing, and agency teams to align on offer, messaging and media strategy.- Collaborates with ecommerce team to drive implementation and measurement.- Experience with CPA based planning/buying and retargeting with strong knowledge of ad tech platforms.Education and Experience- Education Level-Bachelor's Degree.- Field of Study – Bachelor’s degree in marketing/advertising, statistics, mathematics, business, or related field- Years’ Experience – 6-9 years of related experienceOther Specific Skills- 5 years of media planning and/or buying experience, with 3-4 years online planning/buying experience, preferably CPA buying.- Experience with paid search RLSA and display retargeting a plus- Strong analytical skills; ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations- Experience with digital campaign metrics: must feel comfortable learning new systems and tools. Experience with analytics tools (ex. Adobe Analytics) a plus.
