Functions according to professional practice as an integral member of the interdisciplinary care team.-QualificationsEducation and Work Experience

Bachelor or Master Degree in Occupational Therapy.

Current state Occupational Therapy certification/license.

Current BCLS (AHA) certificate

National Board for Certification Occupational Therapy certification, AOTA and OTAC preferred.

Produce written results document summarizing clinical impressions and recommendations Consult with Clinical Manager and/or Program Director on decision-making for challenging cases Facilitate group therapy as required in absence of team members Provide trauma-informed care to individuals suffering with chronic medical illnesses and medical crisis Will be required to train in DBT and Seeking Safety Understand that hours may vary to attend staff meetings and trainings which are mandatory and must be available Work schedule is Tues-Sat (with the understanding the need to be flexible with team to cover programmatic needs)
