Manage the account delivery of the Oracle Payroll Consultant
Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones, managing project budgets and providing expert guidance to project teams

Requirements gathering for new projects and provide subsequent solution design, business process analysis, and system integration as well

This role requires 2-3 days a week onsite in office

Here's what you need:
· A minimum of five years of experience with Oracle Payroll
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience.
Bonus points if:
· Oracle Payroll certification
· You’re an ace at managing and delivering projects
· You’re great at working creatively in a problem-solving environment
· You’ve gained the trust of your clients and partnered with them to: design business process, lead key configuration workshops, identify GAPs, identify RICEW, and design functionality and test plans, and perform testing
