These services include site acquisition, design, and construction, to full operations, maintenance, and deconstruction.We have an excellent opportunity with our Telecom Team for a Telecom Project Controls Analyst, aimed at the flawless execution of team initiatives throughout the West region, managed out of our Philadelphia PA market area.The Telecom Project Coordinator is an essential part of our Project Controls team, responsible for managing, processing, reviewing of all financial project activity, ensuring compliance with procurement policies, and processing/reconciliation of data in the financial reporting system.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Coordinate with cross-functional project teams to create and administer project plans, reports, and schedules Data entry, review, and process project forms & deliverable documents Maintain project trackers and 3rd party tracking databases Assist with data collection, validation, and ongoing maintenance/updates in various internal and 3rd party systems Review Requisition Requests for compliance and completeness in accordance with established Business Management System and Procurement Guidelines Analyze data and create action items for team members based upon project status Work with the Accounting, Purchasing, and Accounts Payable team on process improvement and efficiencies where appropriate Review and implement new methods of procedure to drive productivity for internal and external customers Other duties and special projects as assignedOur health and welfare benefit are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required

Previous AT&T experienced is required.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and able to multi-task

Must be highly detail-oriented, well organized, and possess strong problem solving / analytical skills

Ability to work independently

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Highly proficient in MS Excel.

MS Access and/or VBA skills are desirable, but not required.

Must be willing and able to quickly identify and learn department functions; existing processes; and procedures independently

Must be eligible to work for any US Employer without visa sponsorship, now or in the future

Local candidates (Philadelphia, PA) preferred
