Job DescriptionThe Project Coordinator is responsible for daily coordination of client and firm project planning, administrative tasks and processes related to company operations for staff and clients.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES· Work closely with the teammates throughout project planning and execution processes. This may include, but is not limited to, the tasks below.· Screen and coordinate incoming project requests in a timely manner.· Coordinate the logistics for conferences and special events.· Coordinate onboarding processes for new employees and Associates, including paperwork and orientation sessions.· Code invoices and process expenses in company expense platform.· Coordinate meetings and appointments for staff and project needs· Format and proo documents and presentations.· Prepare proposal documents and vendor registrations.· Assist with client project coordination.· Conduct research as requested.· Maintain a general level understanding of our services. Use this knowledge to recognize and solve potential problems and understand internal and external requests.· Interact with potential and existing clients with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.· Perform additional duties, as assigned.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
