Submit an application today!How you will make an impact Performs day-to-day management of all phases of the project Development of team agreement, project charter, member agreement, and Work Breakdown Structure Monitors cost to provide accounting support for project time, material, and services. Work with internal and external project teams to discuss project, issues, and status. Utilize Project Management best practices, methods, templates, processes, and policies. Monitor and Report on project actual vs expected results including: time, budget, and resources. Use Risk Management methodologies to identify and assess project risks, mitigate threats, and capitalize on opportunities. Work with the project teams to identify and resolve issues around project related items that potentially jeopardize any of the project dates identified. Manage the project team resources including internal and external resources to ensure tasks are kept on track and completed in the required timelines. Conduct, document and publish minutes for regular project team meetings to ensure the teams are focused and on track with activities and schedules. Develop a Project Costing mechanism to assign costs to internal resources (staff and other) to produce realistic budgets and costs for projects.For immediate consideration please send resumes to nicholas.pendergast@rht.comRequirements Bachelor’s Degree in Technology, Project Management, Communications, Business, or related field PMP certification Minimum of 8 years-experience in project management roles Minimum of 4 years direct or matrix supervision of staff. Minimum of 5 years-experience working with business stakeholders Demonstrated ability to lead large scale projects. Experience in Program management preferred Strong leadership, diplomatic, and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across and down multiple business organizations Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence. Build and maintain relationships by engaging business leaders to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus and achieve objectives. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with health care or health care related organizations is a plus. Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands.
