You will interact with customers to determine support requirements and implement the most effective strategy to achieve those requirements within schedule and budget. You will work to expand GDIT support capabilities.In this role, a typical day will include:
Managing and being responsible for the successful completion of all tasks in assigned project, supervising up to 15 employees.
Providing guidance and oversight of employees to accomplish objectives and provide growth.
Participating as a contributing partner with other GDIT groups to help achieve established goals.
Become a trusted member of the NSWCPD team supporting the warfighter in Submarine Sail and Deployed Systems.
Qualifications:
Security Clearance Level: Top Secret (or Interim TS)
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: BA/BS or equivalent (4 years), plus 5+ years hands on working experience
5+ years of related experience, 3+ years specific experience providing logistics support to NSWCPD Submarine Sail programs
Configuration Management Experience with Enterprise Change Requests (ECR), Ohio Class Command and Control System Modifications (OCMOD), Trident Ship Alterations (TRID), Field Changes, Temporary Engineering Changes (TEC), Temporary Alterations (TEMPALT), Maintenance Standards (MS), Functional and Physical Configuration Audits (FCA/PCA) for the submarine communication system assemblies
Experience with Failure Reporting, Analysis, and Corrective Action System (FRACAS).
Experience acting as the Technical Manual Maintenance Authority (TMMA)
Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
Ability to develop highly functioning teams.
