Job Description
Gain experience through a "hands on" job training program that covers all manufacturing and staff functions. This will include production management and project work.Responsibilities:
Gains "hands on" appreciation and understanding of variety of areas within the business, this may include sales, marketing, finance, operations, IT
May assist employees with specific work or project
May be assigned a specific project to complete on own
Performs other related duties as requested
Qualifications
Open to college level sophomores and juniors with a minimum 3.0 GPA, majoring in Supervision, Business Management, or Engineering
Strong communication ability
Ability to work both in a team and independently
Critical and Analytical thinking ability
Motivated to learn and develop
Desire to help and support both team members and those outside the team
Ability to learn a new technology quickly
Additional Information
The rate of pay for this role at the noted location is $18.00 / hour. In addition to base pay, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and stand-by pay.
