Alongside other EPAM members such as Account Managers, Project Managers, and Solution Architects, you will lead the initiation, planning, and execution of complex, multidisciplinary projects (often united in a program) while ensuring EPAM delivery standards are met

Work with business stakeholders, executive leadership, and EPAM delivery team to define the Product Delivery Roadmap

Create (or adjust existing) development standards

Hire skilled teams based on project landscape and complexity

Be able to dig into any issue within the delivery organization and provide necessary leadership to the team to find optimal solutions (architecture, project management, business analysis, Agile questions, quality assurance, etc.)

Lead, coordinate, and drive decision-making process for key technology decisions

Align EPAM and Client architecture teams; act as a mediator to find a compromising decision where needed

Develop, maintain, and update integrated project/program plans, and ensure alignment of these plans across functions and with team leadership

Track and communicate with key client stakeholder roadmap execution status. Provide transparency for any changes in delivery dates (reasons, risks exploded, mitigation plan)

Lead cross-functional analysis, technology, and quality assurance teams to achieve key program objectives within a portfolio

Establish effective, accurate, appropriate, and timely communication within cross-functional teams to achieve key program objectives

Provide updates on key issues and progress to Sr. Management both within EPAM and at the client

Proactively identify issues and provide general guidance to resolve program and team challenges

Develop practical solutions to achieve program productivity and quality goals and objectives

Develop, maintain, and update integrated project/program plans, and ensures alignment of these plans across functions and with team leadership

Maintain knowledge of current status, milestones, issues, and key data for assigned programs and serve as the conduit of information and updates

Provide input and general guidance to the team for presentations and updates to management and outside collaborators where applicable

In collaboration with senior team members, you will assist in formulating and executing the strategy for advancing EPAM programs to successful completion

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field

Strong background in Software Delivery Management and Solution Architecture

Must have experience leading complex delivery of software engineering services in a Professional Services capacity

Experience in establishing and managing a multi-project setup

Experience working in a pre-sales environment from solutions to client communication, is highly desired

Knowledge of software development/Product lifecycle, methodologies (Agile, Kan-ban, Waterfall), and IT Roles

Ability to apply a wide range of approaches and techniques to deliver the end product to the end customer

Able to advise top management on business opportunities, frameworks, and setups for the best possible business outcomes

Proven track record of managing delivery of organization of 70-150+ FTEs

Hands-on experience in technology and software engineering practices with the ability to supervise and suggest competitive technical decisions and ensure a winning mix of delivery practices applied to the project

Proven track record in creating, representing, and landing best delivery concepts and pushing through the organization from idea to inception and productive use
