Job Title: Steam Plant OperatorJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Steam Plant Operator to manage and maintain steam distribution, HVAC systems, and building mechanical systems. This role requires expertise in operating and maintaining various mechanical and steam equipment.Responsibilities

Operate and maintain steam distribution systems.

Manage HVAC systems and ensure optimal performance.

Maintain and repair building mechanical systems.

Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on boilers and other steam equipment.

Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Respond to emergency situations and equipment malfunctions promptly and efficiently.

Essential Skills

Wastewater management

HVAC system management

Stationary engineering

Boiler operation

Mechanical system maintenance

Steam equipment operation

Boiler maintenance

Valid driver’s license

5+ years of experience in HVAC/Steam Systems

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Journeyman Steamfitter

Boilers license

Experience in HVAC engineering

Experience in steam distribution
