You will develop and manage the pipeline, lead the sales process and each pursuit, leverage the broader OS marketing and sales resources, and coordinate engagement with shared support, administration, operations, legal, finance, etc.What you bringBachelor's degree.Minimum 7-10 years' experience in sales of outsourcing and/or advisory services through formal procurement processes, pursuing and winning at the highest level of effectives. Preferable to have experience selling to government clients, and/or selling corporate real estate outsourcing services to occupier clients.Technology proficiency.Strong skills in the following areas: business management, human relations, relationship building, time management, planning and organizing, written and verbal communications.Excellent negotiating skills.The ability to perceive problems and react quickly to effect solutions.Demonstrated ability for creative thinking.What success looks likeBuild and leadthesales functiontargeting Government Sector clients within the US for Occupier Services.Develop and implement a business plan to meet objectives.Incorporate an advisory, solution-centered approach to clients, developing broader and higher relationships with target clients. Ensure to enter deep within target market and develop prospective accounts.Conduct sales activities to attain new business, owning the entire sales/pursuitcycle.Develop and manage a pipeline of leads, short-term and long-term. This includes active reportingand multi-party collaboration and communication,following a defined sales process that will continue to improve over time.Participate in leadership and direct involvement insales presentations.The selected individual willbe a key stakeholderoncontinuous improvement of presentation deliverablesfor the Occupier Services platform.Partner and collaborate withtheProposalResponse functionon the following:Development of RFP and RFI responses, proposals, and other standard documents, facilitating necessary input from multiple business lines, offices and individuals nationally.Preparation and production of best in class, customized, client specificpresentations andproposals and other client deliverables.#LI-Remote
