Manage the daily client relationship including articulating our view on digital business philosophies

Sell new project ideas that align with customer and brand goals

Support new business initiatives

Take ownership of the financials for clients including forecasts, budgets and investments

Align business with the appropriate staff

Have broad understanding of client's Industry and customer needs

Deliver strategic client presentations and recommendations

Manage and mentor team members by coaching and identifying areas for growth

Provide direct feedback on an ongoing basis, encouraging others to learn from mistakes

Work with clients and capability partners to build active brands

Inspire client with strong storytelling skills

Provide deliverables within agreed upon deadlines

Partner with clients and operations team to ensure mutual understanding of an agreement to key financial responsibilities

Qualifications

Four-year degree

10-12 years experience

4 years of leadership experience in integrated marketing programs and client relationship management with a Print, TV, and Digital scope!

Creative agency experience

Presentation, training and client-facing skills

Strong analytic and strategic abilities

Candidate must be open to travel

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Leads business management efforts, including metrics, real estate, head count, internal and external management presentations, and various planning activities Leads special projects/initiatives/change efforts to drive improvements in core processes Leverages best practices to continuously improve our business outcomes Conducts unprecedented or complex analyses and reporting in support of general business operations, special projects/initiatives and/or strategic/operational planning activities. Often assigned as a project lead on business unit initiatives of strategic importance. Navigates the entire firm in order to effectively complete tasks. Develops consultative partnerships with internal teams and leaders to understand their strategic objectives, key performance indicators and reporting requirements. Communicates with internal teams and leaders to stay abreast of organization and function operations and is familiar with company practices relevant to metrics, performance indicators, reporting protocols, etc. Collaborates with and supports senior leaders and their teams to ensure analytical and reporting needs are aligned, and supports business and operating results.
