We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Business Planning and Analysis to join the Business Management team in Corporate Trust. This role is a hybrid work schedule (3 days a week in office), and can be located out of the following offices: Philadelphia, PA - Pittsburgh, PA - Lake Mary, FL.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Leads business management efforts, including metrics, real estate, head count, internal and external management presentations, and various planning activities

Leads special projects/initiatives/change efforts to drive improvements in core processes

Leverages best practices to continuously improve our business outcomes

Conducts unprecedented or complex analyses and reporting in support of general business operations, special projects/initiatives and/or strategic/operational planning activities.

Often assigned as a project lead on business unit initiatives of strategic importance.

Navigates the entire firm in order to effectively complete tasks.

Develops consultative partnerships with internal teams and leaders to understand their strategic objectives, key performance indicators and reporting requirements.

Communicates with internal teams and leaders to stay abreast of organization and function operations and is familiar with company practices relevant to metrics, performance indicators, reporting protocols, etc.

Collaborates with and supports senior leaders and their teams to ensure analytical and reporting needs are aligned, and supports business and operating results.

No direct reports but provides guidance to less experienced staff.

Contributes to the achievement of function or business unit objectives.

Work product supports data-driven decision-making by team, functional or business unit leaders.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

Bachelor's degree or the equivalent

10-12 years of work experience in business management and planning

Strength in executive level collaboration

Highly collaborative individual who can influence multiple internal partners to drive results in a matrixed environment

Project management and planning expertise, especially in transformation work

Ability to balance extremely high attention to detail and accuracy with tight deadlines on critically meaningful work

Resilient, able to flex and pivot in a fast-paced environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to translate complex ideas into simple messages
