Wild Flour Bakery is a small, wholesale, artisan bread and pastry bakery. We are growing by leaps and bounds and are in need of some additional staff.
Order Packer
This position would be packing orders for overnight deliveries. You would be responsible for reading the par sheet orders for the day, labeling bags, filling bags, and prepping other products for delivery or storage. You also would do other prep work as required in the bakery.
The ideal candidate for this position would be RELIABLE, work quickly and efficiently, possess good communication skills, be flexible, and a fast learner. This is a part-time position for the afternoons and evenings and would be most weekends and include some holiday work. Shift will start in the afternoon and will last 4-8 hours, depending on the order volume for the day. Work days would mostly be Thursday-Monday.
Our bakery gets cold in the winter and hot in the summer. The right candidate will be comfortable on their feet for their whole shift, 8+ hours, and will dress appropriately for conditions.
