Bar / Nightclub / Restaurant in the heart of Fishtown / Northern Liberties looking for: smart, dependable, trustworthy, effective, quick on their feet Barback.
Great Barbacks MUST be able to anticipate the needs of their Bartenders, while efficiently maintaining the cleanliness of the bar during and after service.
MUST HAVE Prior bar/restaurant experience.
RAMP Certification required before guaranteed shifts.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Helping co-workers with efficient opening / closing procedures
Stocking and Restocking: Beer, Spirits, Fruit, etc.
Adhere to our way of organizing
Staying after close to clean
Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Ability to move quickly/efficiently through crowds
Ability to keep bar organized, stocked, clean, and sanitized
Knowledge of RAMP responsibilities
