Metropolitan Bakery is seeking Bread Baker - Mixer to join our bread department. Full time shifts at our Production Facility located in the Fishtown section of Philadelphia.
Shift available 11:00am to 7:00 pm , 5 shifts per week, Wednesday thru Sunday
The ideal applicant would have
Knowledge of Bread Mixing/ Fermentation process.
1 year of Bread Baking, Oven Operation or relative training.
Experience with sourdough bread process including levains and polish, helpful.
Ability to fulfill production required to complete retail and wholesale needs.
Ability to plan and organize production.
