La Grange Brasserie, a modern French brasserie located in the heart of Yardley, PA, is seeking a talented and motivated Sous Chef to join our culinary team.

We are a high-volume, scratch kitchen serving refined yet approachable French cuisine in a lively, welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a passion for French food, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency.

Responsibilities:

Support the Executive Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations

Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff

Ensure food preparation and presentation meet our culinary standards

Assist with menu development, inventory management, and ordering

Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience as Sous Chef or in a similar leadership role

Strong knowledge of French and modern European cuisine

Excellent communication and team management skills

Commitment to quality, consistency, and hospitality

ServSafe certification preferred
