Full-Time Catering Sous Chef
Philadelphia based catering company is seeks a full-time Sous Chef. This position plays a key role in supporting kitchen operations, ensuring that production is efficient, well-organized, and meets the highest standards of food quality.
Key Qualifications
Strong culinary background, including experience in fine dining or professional kitchen environments
Ability to manage production across multiple departments in a fast-paced setting
Strong palate and commitment to high-quality food presentation
Off-site catering experience is a plus, but not required
Familiarity with HACCP guidelines, food temperature logs, and standard kitchen maintenance procedures
ServSafe certification required
Valid driver’s license required
Proficiency with basic computer applications and kitchen management tools
