We’re seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Hourly Production Chef to produce high-quality food for events from our Fishtown production kitchen. You’ll follow recipes to spec, uphold food safety, and collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver consistent, beautiful results at scale.
Responsibilities
Execute daily prep and event production per recipes and production sheets.
Maintain quality, taste, and presentation to Feast standards.
Keep a clean, organized, and safe workstation (FIFO, temperature logs, allergen controls).
Track station inventory and assist with product receiving and rotation.
Communicate clearly with the team and flag issues early to maintain timelines.
Qualifications
3–5 years in high-volume production or off-premise catering.
Strong technical skills (knife work, roasting, dressings, garde manger, batch scaling).
Organized, efficient, and calm under pressure.
Positive, team-oriented mindset; professional communication.
Flexibility for early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
ServSafe Certified (or able to obtain within 60 days).
Able to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 40 lbs.
