We are looking for team members to assist in executing our dough daily dough production and shape up.
Morning shifts (10am to 4pm) Earlier start times available once you're able to work on your own
# Schedule Mon-Sat
# Weekend shifts are required.
# Overtime is available.
# Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
# Must be able to work together in a team setting.
Tasks include:
# Large batch dough production
# Mixing dough
# Shaping dough
# Measuring flour, water, etc.
# Washing dishes used during shifts
Must have prior experience and demonstrate ability to work with pre-ferments
