Service experience a must, cafe experience is great. 1+ years on a semiautomatic espresso machine. You should love coffee and brunch! No nights (daytime hours only)! Barista training possible for the right folks! Already trained baristas and serv-safe certified staff eligible for increase in hourly wage.
