The responsible for the daily operations of the restaurant including all preparation, Brewing Coffee and working expresso machine. The Barista will be responsible for, inventory, costing, ordering, and other tasks as assigned. This includes overseeing responsibilities and general cleaning.
Experience working with Expresso , Cappicino, Brewers &
Food safety knowledge
Customer service experience
Excellent attitude and aptitude to work hard
Management experience
Great hours, no late nights
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
The must have strong familiarity as a Barista / Coffee person.
Helps to plan, oversee and execute the production and presentation for all coffee needs. Follows company guidelines for ordering, inventory, budget management, and works closely with the owner & manager to manage administrative tasks
Responsible for managing upplies purchases through vendors and making adjustments to purchasing based upon financial objectives.
Maintains accurate inventories to ensure appropriate stocking levels and proper rotation of perishable food; this includes the cleaning expresso machine & coffee brewer and organization of all storage areas in freezer, refrigerator, and dry storage areas.
