Libertee Grounds, Philly's hyperlocal craft beer & cocktail bar with Asian American eats and indoor mini golf is gearing up for a busy fall after being featured in Best of Philly! We are seeking a Lead Line Cook, who has a high attention to detail, is a team player and can lead the kitchen line.
Our Asian American menu showcases authentic Asian plates and adapting pieces to shine in a bar setting. Candidates who are vocal and who can execute quality and control standards are encouraged to apply as we grow our dedicated, passionate and welcoming team. Our brunch program will also pickup a lot steam in the fall with the Eagles back, which is an excellent opportunity for someone to learn how Asian American cuisine can fit into a creative brunch menu.
We host many private events which include buffet style catering. Our cooks execute these catering orders and get tipped out on it. Tips average from $2-4/hr extra on top of your base pay.
