The Fort kitchen & bar is looking for experienced Line Cooks to work Sauté and/or Grill stations for AM and PM services. Requiring 3 years experience on one of these stations.
Duties
-Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
-Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service.
-Help with catering events as needed
Skills
-Strong culinary skills
-Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
-Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
-Proficient knife skills and familiarity with cooking techniques.
-Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a willingness to help others in the kitchen.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
