We are looking for a kitchen manager that knows how to do everything from prep to ordering. You will actually run the line as you are hands on. Should be the best "line cook" in the building. Should also be the best prep cook in the building! You will set the schedule for the week and make sure our flow does not go interrupted. We are a Mexican restaurant and you will be in charge of a staff of 5-8. Staff is in place. Open kitchen style.
To get the job you must have a current ServSafe Manager certificate. Deal breaker.
This is a salaried (Can be hourly if that's what needed) position for a restaurant that gets media coverage so must be knowledgeable in all kitchen area's
