20-40 hours per week
Responsibilities/Requirements include:
Doing prep work in the commissary and traveling to events as needed
Reporting for work in a timely fashion and prepared for the day
Working well with others in a close setting
Ensuring safe food preparation and sanitation both on and off premise
Comfortable preparing and handling a variety of items including proteins, sauces etc.
Maintaining a clean and organized workspace and clean food storage areas
Problem solving capabilities and willingness to thrive in a variety of environments
2+ years’ experience preferred
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Chef
Have a solid understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, kitchen equipment
This position requires bending, stooping, lifting, continuous standing or walking
Valid drivers license and ability to drive box truck to and from events offers an increase in hourly pay for that event
We are offering two new bonuses for full & part-time staff! Work 5 complete events in one calendar month and receive a fifty-dollar bonus AND if you bring a new staff member to the team, you will receive a fifty-dollar bonus after they have worked their first event!
