Off-Premise Event Chef

We are looking for a positive, responsible, and motivated individual with experience to lead off-premise events!

Responsibilities/Requirements include:

Reporting to events on time, prepared and ready to work

Perform duties necessary to have a smooth and successful event. Directing others, following timelines and cooking methods, communicating with event leads and staff in a professional manner, maintaining cleanliness and finishing cleaning as per our standards and the standards and requests of the venue

Compliance with all sanitation and health and safety standards

Problem solving capabilities and willingness to thrive in a fast-paced and continually evolving environment

2+ years experience required

Have a solid understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, kitchen equipment

This position requires bending, stooping, lifting, continuous standing or walking

An additional $2 per hour is offered for those who can drive our truck to and from events. Clean driving record required

We are offering two new bonuses for full and part-time staff! Work five complete events in one calendar month and receive a fifty-dollar bonus AND if you bring a new staff member to the team, you will receive a fifty-dollar bonus!
