Weckerly’s Ice Cream is hiring for seasonal full-time and part-time positions at our Fishtown Scoop Shop.
Our small shop sees a lot of volume through the warmer months. The pace is fast and the environment is friendly. We’re looking for people who are naturally curious, take initiative, and are energized by providing stellar customer service. Some of the job requirements include:
- Friendly customer service
- Scooping Ice Cream
- Making waffle cones
- Cleaning and maintaining a sparkling environment
- Cash register operation
- Ability to work nights and weekends

Throughout the season we have opportunities to visit our local farm partners and our production kitchen.
The starting wage for this position is $13/hour plus shared tips. We always prioritize promoting internally when opportunities for advancement open up.

We work directly with local farmers to source our key ingredients to craft the best tasting ice cream, free of weird additives and artificial flavors. Through dedication to our farm partners and the growth of our team, we pursue a mission to deliver an exceptional experience to each and every customer.
Weckerly’s has been around since 2012 and the Fishtown shop has been open since December of 2016. We offer a rotating menu of 12 scooped ice cream flavors and seasonal ice cream sandwiches.
